Reach Therapy, Inc. is Hiring an Early Interventionist Near San Marcos, CA

Reach Therapy is a small, in-home Early Intervention Therapy provider for children. We are seeking the newest addition to our small team here in North County San Diego. You will have a direct role in the day-to-day delivery of therapy services.
We are seeking someone who is reliable, organized and willing to have fun while helping to change the lives of the children and families we work with.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekends.
We are open to full- and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay!
DUTIES and REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide 1:1 instruction and implementation of goals based on IFSP (Individualized Family Services Plan).
- Support parents and caregivers in addressing developmental and behavioral concerns
- Travel to the client’s home, or community location to provide sessions.
- Document each client’s progress using company iPad/Tablet and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies
- Attend trainings, and team meetings as required
- Administer and score developmental assessment tools (DAYC-2)
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Child Developmental, Education or related field
- Enthusiasm and passion for working with children and individuals with special-needs
- Minimum of 10 hours per week availability between 9:00 am-7:30 pm.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, proof of auto registration and insurance.
- Must pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or completion within 1 week of hire.
PREFERRED:
- Proficiency in spoken Spanish
- 1 year of experience
